Pockets of talented people across services, product and support that remain from before the company was acquired by a private equity firm (Francisco Partners) and the company experienced significant 'involuntary' and 'voluntary' churn of staff.

Cons

Poor senior management across Sales, Professional Services, Support and Product with no FSM industry experience. Don't expect any support or reward for performing your job.

Great career opportunity ahead WFM.

Constant barrage about girls being stupid,nagging imbeciles engaged in about 70% of the staff.Utter disregard of opinions of anyone except the top management.Most people have a very unprofessional attitude . Pay is poor , they will convince you that you are not worth it but you know better so please don't waste your time . I am sorry to say this but most people in the India office lack technical as well as managerial skills so if you are looking for any competition you will be truly disappointed on the other hand if all you want is a job and no career by all means Welcome to the 'family'. I can't wait for the nightmare to be over.
