It’s a hustle culture! You’ve a lot of support, great company off sites and you’re well incentivised.
Cons
It’s grown massively in EMEA & it’s a young company, so change is common. This is typically for the better but it keeps you on your toes Not a con but to set expectations: it’s not an easy job and to do well you’ve to put in the work!
