      Working at ClickUp is rewarding because you see the direct impact of your work on a relatively new company. It's hard work, but it's fun because of the people and culture that they have established.

      Overall, the company feels less like a startup than it used to, but that's to be expected

      Pros

      At ClickUp, everyone cares and wants to do well. They're truly urgent and optimistic about making the world more productive. Anyone I message is always helpful, whether i've worked with them in the past or not. The CEO gives direct messaging about what we're doing and the logic behind it. The leaders are fair and help to make us better overall employees Great benefits!

      Cons

      ClickUp has grown fast and whereas there have been some growing pains, they're quick to fix them!

      Lots of different ways to get involved, and tons of creative + motivated employees to work with.

      Cons

      Typical hyper-growth startup cons. Fast moving. Can sometimes be difficult to navigate what's most important. Comes with the territory.
