      Pros

      Fast paced environment with talented employees. The CEO is passionate and shares his vision openly with the whole company. It feels like a family!

      Cons

      Two main issues: 1. Many processes are not developed so there is ambiguity with regards to roles, packages, policies, etc. 2. Internal promotion tracks are not defined although management is working on this.

      Pros

      At ClickUp, I am surrounded by skilled, capable and caring people. It is a pleasure to come to work every day.

      Cons

      I work 100% remotely, so sometimes I feel a bit disconnected from my coworkers, but we regularly have Zoom meetings that help mitigate that somewhat.

      Pros

      - I have loved working at ClickUp. It is super fast-paced, but you learn so much every day and they give you chances to grow a ton. - They hired me on and allowed me to learn on the job. They pay for e-learning (ie. Udemy, etc) - The team and management really supports you and tries to help you get to your dream role - Younger team members get opportunities to "test" things out on different teams

      Cons

      - It is fast paced and this isn't for everyone - The processes aren't all built out, but this is fine if you like building processes
