Pros

ClickUp is truly one of the best organizations to work for! The work-life balance here is outstanding, and the benefits are top-notch. The leadership is not only brilliant but also incredibly supportive and inspiring. If you're eager to learn, ClickUp offers endless opportunities for growth. The company's core values make work enjoyable and bring enthusiasm to every task. My colleagues are always willing to help, creating a collaborative and positive environment. One of the best aspects is that managers genuinely listen and value what you have to say. Everyone here cares about you—not just as a professional but as a person. I feel valued and appreciated every day, making ClickUp an incredible place to grow and thrive.

Cons

I’ve tried to think of a con, but honestly, I can’t come up with a single one!

Great Start, But Growth Came at a Cost

Pros

ClickUp is undeniably fast-paced, innovative, and generous—especially in its earlier days. You’ll learn a lot, work with smart, driven people, and be part of building something big. Compensation and flexibility for remote workers used to be great. If you thrive in chaos and like building from the ground up, it's exciting.

Cons

Over time, the experience shifted. Benefits for remote employees slowly declined (especially in PH), and there’s been a noticeable shift toward external hiring for senior and managerial roles—often overlooking long-time, capable internal team members. Some new leaders brought in haven’t been the best cultural fit, leaning into micromanagement and disregarding work-life balance.

Pros

It's my first time to work with a SaaS company and boy, am I so glad it's with ClickUp! Here are my top 5 reasons for choosing ClickUp: 1. The culture is incredible! From the CEO to the individual contributors, everyone is definitely invested in keeping ClickUp's culture as vibrant and inclusive as the day it started! 2. Competitive salary and global benefits: Let's be real, we work to make a living, and ClickUp takes good care of its crew above and beyond our basic pay packages! 3. Impactful work: We not only know our mission and vision as a company, but we see the impact our individual work has. And better yet, we see it positively impact how other companies and clients do their work too! We are literally changing the world! 4. Meritocracy is real! ClickUp is highly invested in the success of each crew member, and promotions and pay increases are completely based on individual merit and achievement. Wins are always celebrated! From one on ones with my manager, to team interactions, to company-wide events, you see the genuine care and appreciation that the company and people have for the crew. 5. Overall better quality of life: When you feel heard and taken care of as a person, you feel better, become more productive, and driven to do much more. And yes, being able to work remotely, and yet still have the opportunities to meet with your teammates in person, is a huge driver here!

Cons

If you're not driven to do exceptional work, not looking to grow 1% everyday, and not interested in being part of a global innovator, then ClickUp's not for you!
