Pros

Reflecting on my four years with ClickUp, I am deeply grateful for the incredible growth I’ve experienced—from starting in Customer Support to advancing into Quality Excellence. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of my leaders, who have guided and encouraged me every step of the way. I am fortunate to be part of a team that is not only highly supportive but also genuinely invested in each other’s success. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the opportunity to positively impact the representatives in the support team. Helping them improve the quality of their interactions with users and ensuring customer satisfaction has been both fulfilling and motivating.

Cons

Of course, working at ClickUp comes with its challenges. The platform is constantly evolving, which means I need to stay updated to remain effective in my role. Thankfully, there are plenty of resources available to help me keep up. It’s just a matter of finding the time to make the most of them and continue being efficient.

Pros

- You'll learn a ton. There are lots of opportunities to grow your career here. The company gives you the tools to find answers and pushes you to get better at what you do. - Your time is respected. The culture is big on async work. If something can be handled over a message instead of a meeting, it will be. - Good remote vibes. Even though it's a remote company, people make a real effort to connect, so you don't feel isolated. - Stay up-to-date. You'll always be working with current tech.

Cons

- Can feel a bit sink-or-swim. Things change fast, and the process for rolling out those changes could be smoother, so you have to be ready to adapt on your own. - More frequent benefit changes.

Pros

- Transparent culture - clear comms and full visibility in everything from product updates to internal policy changes. You can see what *nearly* everyone is working on at any time. - Hardworking, effective leadership - Great rewards programs (if you get the results, you'll get rewarded!) - High-energy teams, good folks looking to get work done - No drama! Office politics are practically non-existent

Cons

- Blistering pace. Things change fast, and expectations constantly rise. You'll need to adapt quickly and smartly to succeed - A few lazy managers (Directors and up)
