      Pros

      Incredible upward mobility, access to opportunity, and employee benefits. The ability to sell into any industry and persona is unmatched. ClickUp provides world-class leadership and tools to be successful.

      Cons

      Due to being a hyper-growth startup ClickUp's sales org demands an ownership mentality. Not a location you can expect robust & comprehensive sales training. Learn as you go if you will.

      Great environment, a company that is truly focused on the employee, and transparency that you probably have never seen before!

      Cons

      wouldn't call it a con but an area to think about - very fast paced growth so needs people to jump right into the grind and start contributing

      Pros

      CU is such an amazing place to work! The people are all awesome. Leadership encourages and pushes people to grow and follow their passions. I've never been at a company where I felt so valued as an employee. The growth potential is also so unique.

      Cons

      Not too sure of any real cons. It is still a start up so there are some growing pains - but that is also part of the challenge and reward.
