Pros
I read some of the reviews here before joining and was a bit apprehensive but honestly after being here two months, I know what this company is really like - and it's a great place to work. I was at a FAANG company prior to this role, so was also hesitant just joining a startup, but the team has been so supportive to me. Even people outside of my department. The excitement and growth all around is what I enjoy waking up for. Every day is a new challenge.
Cons
I can sense how connected the team is that joined before covid and I really want to also adopt that connection when we're finally back in the office. But the company has done more than enough to make me feel part of the team and culture.
