      Pros

      My favourite part of the company is the culture - you can truly be yourself, no need to put on a work persona. They put a lot of time into getting people of the right fit in the company so it's amazing everyone works so well together.

      Cons

      Nothing with ClickUp itself! The world economy shifts and that can change things but otherwise ClickUp has no issues to work with!

      Pros

      I feel valued at ClickUp, that's by far the best. But it's also very clear that you can advance within your department and even look for new opportunities within ClickUp. It's so great to see that there's vertical and lateral mobility within ClickUp. Beyond that, every person I have worked with, in my own department and in other teams, has been super nice, and very smart. The people here make waking up to work a damn pleasure!

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of one... Maybe because of the scale, it's sometimes slow to get approval on stuff, or bandwidth from other team members. But I think that's normal.

      It is still early days but nothing has struck me as yet. In previous organisations cracks and issues were evident within the 1st few days.......
