      - Competitive pay - Smart, dependable coworkers - Nice office - Zeb clearly cares about the product

      Cons

      - It's a little bit of a cult. I mean, it's productivity software, yet they act like it's going to save the world. You made a complicated todo-list, Zeb. - They don't exactly push libertarian values onto the employees, but they do recommend new employees watch a documentary from a libertarian think-tank about why foreign aid is a bad thing.       Great go to market undermined by subpar culture

      - Great business model, company seems to be printing money - Great product, customers love it and want to use more of it - Some great people

      Cons

      - Priorities are changing by the minute - Myopical focus on short-term and lack of consideration about the long-term - Leadership shrugs away problems, normalizing everything by saying "we are a startup, it's normal" - Overbearing process, treating a startup like a 50,000 employee enterprise

      Pros

      - Great culture, decent benefits - Tons of opportunities for growth & ownership - Pure meritocracy - I have never seen someone at ClickUp who frequently goes above and beyond go unrecognized

      Cons

      Management is young. It's just worth pointing out as a small potential risk- to be fair I haven't seen a single consequential misstep or bad decision thus far.
