      Okay product and cool office, remote first which is nice. Cool coworkers

      Cons

      New VPs and management extremely micromanaged. Every day was stressful with constant questions on pipeline. Constantly receiving negative feedback even after closing deals.

      Pros

      My favorite thing about working at ClickUp is that the tool and org are constantly evolving. There's never a dull moment whether there's a brand new product line like ClickUp Notetaker or an operational improvement to help minimize the steps to finalizing a contract. There's always an improvement happening. Everyone is willing to help and truly cares about their personal/professional growth.

      Cons

      This is not the place for you if you don't like change, don't feel that you're adaptable or have trouble finding the right work/life balance. Management will always encourage you to rest and find the right balance so it's more of an individual challenge.
