Cons
In some ways, the company still a scrappy startup, so you need to be **incredibly comfortable with change** and ready to put in some extra effort when needed. It’s a place where you can grow a lot, but that often means going the extra mile. - There's plenty of flexibility in your day, but you need to be proactive about managing your own success. You’re responsible for staying on top of your work, meeting deadlines, and holding yourself accountable. - Advocating for yourself is key. Take the time to connect with people, even virtually, and be clear with your manager about where you want to grow. The support is there, but you’ve got to take the initiative to guide your career in the direction you want it to go.
