Pros

Being in the finance and accounting team here, I can personally vouch for the insane growth this company is seeing. It's all being handled by a lean team looking to change the world - and succeeding! I'm shocked at how quickly we're growing and how much attention is paid to each area of the business. This team is extremely bright and talented. Love working with them.

Cons

Not much. There's been some churn lately, but it's often from people who aren't comfortable with change, which we all signed up for. To grow as quickly as ClickUp is growing means you have to keep up. It's not for everyone, but if you want to build your career faster than anywhere else, this is the place for you!

Pros

Culture, Growth, Support, Trajectory, the product itself is a game-changer and overall #1 employee experience!

Cons

I have yet to experience a downside here. Things are always changing and being built for success. There isn't anything wrong with that!

My ClickUp Experience

Pros

*This is mainly addressing my experience in the Technical Support Department* I joined ClickUp over a year ago, it was my first job out of college and I was entering with zero experience in the field. Throughout my time, I have met more helpful, intelligent and caring people than I was ever exposed to in past employments. ClickUp is the definition of a company who will invest in YOU as a person. From the day I started, I had a support system that pushed me, while still supporting me. I was given endless chances to thrive and improve, and those chances led to great self growth. If I had to give the top 5 pros of ClickUp and more specifically my Technical Support experience, they would be: 1) "woke" culture - This is a startup, and there was times where we were pushed to succeed. But I was NEVER pressured to sacrifice my own time or values. 2) Coworkers - ClickUp is very particular with their hiring process. I can confidently say I've never had internal drama or felt ill will towards a coworker. If you are part of the team, you are here for a reason, and that feels special. On top of that, many of the crew hangout outside of work hours, because they genuinely get along well! 3) Growth Opportunity - ClickUp and in particular the TS department feels like a place where you can work for awhile, find a few procedures that don't feel right, and instead of wishing for change, you can feel empowered to speak up. Goals are clear and obtainable, and when promotions roll around, I've never thought "Wow they didnt deserve that!". Hard work leads to success here. 4) Compensation - When the work got harder and more difficult, we were rewarded properly. We also have internal benefits as well, which allow you to reward your teammates with points that can be exchanged for cool prizes, all covered by the company! 5) Leadership - This department is STACKED with experience and amazing leaders. I've never felt so comfortable talking about real life issues and ambitions with anyone like I have my managers at ClickUp. I'd be impressed if you could sit through an All-hands meeting from our CEO or other leaders and not get excited for the future. Bonus point) Tied to the above slightly, ClickUp is very understanding of Work/life balance. PTO is unlimited and not in a weird "Oh how much can I really use?" kind of way. If you feel like crap, or just feel like you need a break, just communicate. They understand that we are all humans.

Cons

This is tough, as I mentioned, my work experience in this industry is very slim, so perhaps there are things that ClickUp falls behind on vs other workplaces, but I'm having a hard time thinking of them. I will say, the company has grown 10x over the last year. So if you are searching for a small startup vibe, this probably Isn't the right fit for you anymore.
