Pros
- I have loved working at ClickUp. It is super fast-paced, but you learn so much every day and they give you chances to grow a ton. - They hired me on and allowed me to learn on the job. They pay for e-learning (ie. Udemy, etc) - The team and management really supports you and tries to help you get to your dream role - Younger team members get opportunities to "test" things out on different teams
Cons
- It is fast paced and this isn't for everyone - The processes aren't all built out, but this is fine if you like building processes
