Pros

Great environment, a company that is truly focused on the employee, and transparency that you probably have never seen before!

Cons

wouldn't call it a con but an area to think about - very fast paced growth so needs people to jump right into the grind and start contributing

Pros

-ClickUp has grown at an outstanding pace the last 18 months and has a very exciting future ahead. Awesome product that customers love, and innovation that is advancing at a crazy rate. - There is a great collaborative nature in the Sales Org, and between departments. Truly a team mentality as we grow together. - There is an incredible office overlooking Petco Park in San Diego, and great office space opening up in Salt Lake City. - Great place to quickly grow your career, as every department is scaling, and you can get promoted quickly if you perform well.

Cons

- There is a start-up mentality so tools and processes will change quickly, but it is all to accommodate for a rapidly growing revenue org - Equity is only earned from performance or team culture awards, and not given via offer letter or promotions.

Pros

Working at ClickUp means working at a place where everyone wants to see you grow alongside the company. Just like its software, ClickUp's culture is predicated on transparency and collaboration. The interview process and in-depth onboarding ensures that employees feel informed and involved from Day 1. Meanwhile, the company makes sure to provide a competitive salary, equity and benefits that keep me motivated and driven to contribute to a quickly-growing startup.

Cons

Working at a fast-growing startup means that your work will occasionally fall outside the standard 9-5 working hours, but the team is cognizant of your life outside of work and really only cares about you getting your work done, despite whatever time is on the clock.
