Great place for career/comp growth if you don't care about work-life balance

Pros

* Company moves very fast * Rapid career/comp growth for high performers * Low performers managed out quickly * Tons of new feature development * More opportunities than employees * Core business is very strong and growing quickly

Cons

* Typical hyper-growth company chaos * High expectations, competition for being a "top performer" is really tough * Your energy will go into work -- a 40-hour work week is 40 HARD hours of working

Pros

The thing I loved most as a customer is also what I love most as an employee. ClickUp is constantly innovating. I love having new features added regularly, and the product team is very open for employees at all levels to contribute to ideas for new features or enhancements.

Cons

We still work with a start-up mentality. That means people are often working weekends and more than a "typical" 40 hour work week.

Pros

- good values from my team - intentional and proactive management - innovative and community oriented team - high goals and expectations, but coaching to get there

Cons

- expectations can fluctuate - with current events, there have been a handful times I am genuinely uncomfortable, but that is also part of the 2025 landscape, part of that was from external people, a handful from internal - care and attention can feel a bit performative at time and genuinely can be called into question
