Pros

Strong culture with a great team. Management is engaged and there are many team activities and opportunities to stay involved with company initiatives. A growing company with a lot of opportunity. Great benefits.

Cons

The DoD contractor industry can be challenging and salaries seem to be slightly lower than average but this is offset by the great benefits and company culture.

The upper management does a lot of work to try to keep their employees content with sponsored Happy Hours and little game events every once in a while.

This company low balls you on the pay, and tries to make up for it on their benefits package. If you are okay with taking less than average pay for the position, the go ahead and take the job, but
