Work from home, all equipment is provided, passionate coworkers.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard. High turnover in all departments and positions. Lack of process. Lack of resources. Poor internal and external communication. No upper mobility.

Fully remote work. Benefits are pretty good as well.

Cons

Pay is close to minimum wage, very little flexibility, call-center environment can be very busy without much of a break between working with patients. Employees are treated like just another number and work/life balance is preached but not walked.
