Free product every few months and 3% commission on top of your hourly pay. The team at the San Bernardino location is like a family. Everyone works together and spends time together outside of work. Great team, productive and positive.

Cons

Having two separate sets of management to report to. Clinique upper management is awesome but Macy's management team isn't the greatest.
