      highly educated personnel, naturally competitive to stay ahead within the beauty category, innovative products, encourage all to cultivate brand awareness and consumer engagement

      excessive layers of approval process deem unnecessary across all project/program , discrepancy on actual job function vs title and role. senior management lack understanding and acknowledgment of user ability in today's fast evolving technology, social media driven eco-system.

      Pros

      With Clinique you interact with so many other people, often making women feel good about their looks and giving them a sense of pride.

      Cons

      Like other retail venues, it gets very busy and then slows to a crawl. You are either running around trying to help all of your customers or you are standing around tidying the counter. Long shifts drag when it is a slow night.
