They follow some good industry standards and is a good place to learn some things

Cons

Autocratic leadership style, where people people who suck energy out of the room tend to get promoted, and positive people become sidelined. This company is basically an asset in someone's portfolio, the manner in which they treat their staff is a reflection that this is an asset in my portfolio first company as opposed to a people first company
