As a senior manager, I was deeply disappointed that you felt this way, I would be more than happy to speak with you about these concerns impartially and confidentially, hopefully I will be able to resolve the majority, but I also wanted to provide some feedback below.
We are proud, to recognise our teams are a key foundation to our success, we have recently picked up a variety of elements of feedback in our employee surveys which we would like to improve on.
We are currently reviewing all types of ideas, and will continue to invest in range of resources in our teams, employee development and technologies.
