Pros

The company is growing fast and there's plenty of opportunities to grow professionally. Great co-workers. Work is 100% remote and there's a very diverse and multicultural workforce. Company has a clear mission and has a positive effect in the lives of healthcare workers.

Cons

If you're not used to fast paced, challenging startup jobs where you need to take initiative then this place may be the right place for you.
