Pros

CBH offers a fun and positive working environment. They offer great opportunities for learning and growth and they give value to their employees and clients. They not only think of you as an employee but think of you as part of the family and value your feedback and insights. They also have great leaders who provide you with guidance and always support you to become a better version of your self. CBH also offers unlimited time offs, flexible work schedules and competitive pay.

They have a unique culture of ownership, enthusiasm, and collaboration. They are focusing on the individual and their abilities rather than their past experience. I also admire their ability to manage a team remotely.
