      It's flexible remote work I guess

      Cons

      Toxic writing/brown nose culture, crazy employee churn, aggressive emphasis on writing with no thought towards utilizing documents. "you must write to be successful" but it's speculative, it will be read to be criticized and not benefitted from. Docs get thrown into an unorganized confluence page. Would not recommend.
