      First, let me point out that our franchisees have different pay structures based on local employment laws and pay scales. It sounds like your pay structure is on a per-project basis. Installers that work this way make more money over time as they develop skill and speed. I know it's hard when you are at the beginning earlier stage of development, but the longer you stick with it, the higher your income becomes and the shorter your day. It's best if you view this position as a career because success will be there at a certain point, and you'll be home by early afternoon, and your paychecks are continuously increasing!

      The owner had COVID and did not close down the shop while sick. The designers are very rude and unprofessional with other staff and clients

      We certainly understand your concern. Regardless of precautions taken in the workplace to prevent exposure to Covid-19, the owner did get it. The source was unknown as is the case with many that got it. Immediately steps were taken that prevented the spread. As you know, precautions had been in place since the public became aware of the situation shielding customers and staff from exposure. There was no need to close the shop down. Covid has been difficult for many of us, and we understand that under different circumstances, you might have stayed.

      There is no reference to location, but it doesn't matter because we want people that enjoy their job and take it seriously rather than dream about their next vacation or when they are off the clock. We look for people who want to be part of the company and enjoy contributing to the future and how we grow.
