I think you will find that you will receive much stronger sales support now. Pay may fluctuate in the beginning however there is unlimited income potential once you get the skills down. Both Gabi and Joseph have strong design and sales background. They both handle training and sales support. Plus they are always looking for people that want to develop a career as a designer in the Long Island, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan areas. FYI, training is structured and there is a program to follow and bi-weekly design meetings.

Pros

Great culture! The job and company are very fast paced but at the same time fun while providing a sense of accomplishment. Management is always available for support and mentoring. It is a corporate environment with the feeling of a mom and pop shop where you don’t feel like you’re walking on eggshells. It’s a great place to work if you want a challenge and sharpen your repertoire. Quality all around! This company provides the resources for success, you just have to want it.

Benefits, might work Saturdays and paper filing system.
