Central Location, as a Designer you may create your own availability, friendly and professional co workers, good support system, almost like having your own business without the overhead. Now I am in Management as of one year ago. Life just keeps getting better!

Cons

Have to get back to you on that one. I am an extreme optimist. Have to really think to pull any cons from the mindset!
