An amazing company to work for!

Pros

Who wouldn't love being creative, unlimited earning potential and controlling your schedule.

Cons

It is commissioned based. Personally I wouldn't have it any other way as my income is controlled by me and how hard I wish to work and learn.

Obviously, being a designer works well for you, and we are happy to have you as part of our network. Once commission gets going, it's really motivating along with bonuses and other perks designers get. Thanks for your review.

Great Place To Work

Pros

There are quite a few people that have worked at the company a long time. Many people have gotten promoted to different positions. The response to Covid was better than anyone could have expected, and all employees were kept safe. They have good benefits and the team at that location really cares about what they do. Everyone is like family.

Cons

Some of the installers and people in the Factory had to work 6 days but they have corrected that. The company is now open Monday - Friday.

There are a fair amount of employees at the Los Angeles location in all departments that have been there for 10+ years. Some over 20 years and advanced into management positions that started as designers and other roles. Thanks for bringing up this important point!

Knowing that one's hard work will pay off is worth all the effort. Across the network, many designers sell over a million a year. It's incredible, and you may be the next million-dollar salesperson!
