Pros
I've been working at the Pittsburgh Closet Factory location for almost 5 years now, and I really enjoy it. It's an exciting, fast paced environment, and I get to experience something new every day. The vast majority of people (clients) I've worked with have been great, and all of the other employees here are so easy to get along with. I love that I get to set my own schedule, and that the amount of money I make is ultimately up to me.
Cons
Long hours, some weekend work is required. Since the territory for our location is so large, sometimes I have to drive kind of far, but most of the time it is within a 30 mile radius.
