Office work, coworkers and owners are pleasant to work with.

Cons

No room for growth. Hourly pay is a joke. No flexibility. Office management can be very rude, demanding, disrespectful and at times racist and intrude in your personal life.

Pros

Being a designer for Closet Factory is a great flexible job. But not for this location!

Cons

Working for this particular franchise is a nightmare. - they shuddered their doors and fired everyone. Left a slew of clients in the lurch - clients who paid deposits to them and never got install dates or installations that have passed. Unreachable to remedy. Posing like they are still in business presumably to keep from being sued for the $115,000 they have stolen in deposits and the thousands of commissions and bills left unpaid. If they act like they are in business the Corporate wont pull their license. Very disturbing. Advertising now for installers and factory workers after firing the loyal employees they had. Its a shell game.

Will neglect new designers to older designers, cherry picking leads to their favorites, low gas reimbursement per appointment, large learning curve, getting dinged for small things on designs
