      Pros

      Product that has direct fit to a problem that has been getting more and more attention during the current economic waves (cloud spend). Engineering team that meets deadlines and builds what matters. Culture of accountability but with understanding that people work to live, not live to work. Experienced sales leadership and a CEO that's not afraid to get his hands dirty and work with people.

      Cons

      Typical small/growing startup pains will happen - until we solve them and move on.

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly, but in a measured, thoughtful way. Executive leadership is welcoming, focused on building a great culture, and genuinely has everyone rowing in the same direction.

      Cons

      As with any company that's growing at a healthy clip, there's some awkwardness as the team structure is evolving. This should hopefully smooth itself out over time, and is more just something to keep an eye on.
