      The CloudZero team is smart, collaborative, and dedicated. It's a great place to learn and grow your career if you're the type of person who like to take initiative and figure out how to make an impact.

      Cons

      Start-ups aren't for everyone. You don't get the same training and guidance you'd get at a big company, but that can be a positive if you're the type of person who likes to figure things out.
