      Pros

      Remote friendly. Great people. Very diverse and inclusive employee base. Awesome founders with a great product and vision for the FinOps space.

      Cons

      As with all remote jobs, connecting with co-workers over Zoom can be a challenge. But the people are great and the company prioritizes an annual in person meeting for all employees.

      Pros

      Culture is great for a remote company. Yearly company trip as well as team based meetups. Exec team has multiple exits under their belt and it shows. Internal career growth has become a priority Great Founders/Executive team Micromanagement is nonexistent letting you live a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel very separated from the rest of the company due to it being remote, but they are actively working against that. There is a lot of executive back patting while sometimes the little guy may feel under appreciated.
