      Pros

      Seemed like a great opportunity to work on open source software and be influential.

      Cons

      Difficult working relationship with team engineers and director(s). Too much middle management: there were three managers between me and the head of engineering, and engineering is barely 300 people. Company is more sales and customer than core technology focused. Engineers and managers too worried about their own career growth and covering their rears to make the company great. Weak position in open source community for some core technologies. Unclear, ever changing business direction.
