      Pros

      The best part of my experience has been the people - my teammates are supportive and truly wonderful to work with. I was also fortunate to have a great manager who provided guidance and trust. The work environment generally encourages independence without micromanagement, and the hybrid work style offers flexibility. On top of that, the free coffee (from barista), snacks and drinks in the office are a nice perk that adds to the day-to-day experience. I appreciate the insurance coverage provided for myself and my family, though it would be even better if it were fully covered rather than co-payment.

      Cons

      At times, there can be quite a number of last-minute changes which makes planning challenging, especially the sudden lay-offs have left the current team quite stretched, and that has added pressure. Cross-team collaboration can sometimes be difficult, and the coordination isn’t always smooth. On busy days or when there are office celebrations/events, the limited seating can also make the office feel overcrowded.
