Pros

- Some people who want to work hard and push the business forward - Nice, kind leaders if you get lucky - Work life balance if you get lucky - You learn a lot and can build a foundation for jumping to a competitor (likely with a level down)

Cons

- Insufficient staffing across product and engineering slows down how quickly the company can respond to customer needs. None of the products are market leading and individually have much stronger competitors - Lower pay compared to top competitors and equity (STARs) are worthless for newer employees - Lots of new sales leaders don't understand the product and market - Not many people want to take initiative and are happy to sit back and collect paychecks - Lot of people are fed up with the execs and are actively looking to leave
