      Locally great, but promotional issues

      Pros

      My team at Budapest was amazing. Encouraging atmosphere where I could learn a lot and try out new things. No micromanaging, or too strict guidelines. My manager and co-workers were always open for new ideas, and we could have open, creative discussions.

      Cons

      When it came to promotions America and India were so noticeable favoured over Hungary. That was really demotivating. RSUs are no longer involved in the benefit package, and they could not provide any alternatives to compensate it - that was a huge benefit cut.
