      - building interesting technology for a worldwide market - smart & experienced coworkers - good vibes in the group

      Cons

      - management focused on short term - still too many product lines - comp structure in decline (no stock-based comp) - long-term outlook is hazy at best

      We strive to ensure that we are able to offer a salaries and bonuses that is competitive in the marketplace. We periodically review employee salaries and increase where there are inequities whenever possible. We are proud to say that we were recently Equal Pay Certified. We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review!
