      - Great incentive structure - Hybrid Work conditions - Great culture - doing their best offer a good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Onboarding and training can improve for new comers - Multiple leadership and area changes (this could have been unique in our region)

      Pros

      It is not only about the work, but also about work environment. Didn't know working can be this much fun. There are many events organised to keep us all energised. There are game tournaments, team outings, play areas, etc. All the colleagues are very welcoming. When I joined, the onboarding experience was great. Whether you are a junior or senior, your ideas are always welcome and are actually considered. You also have the feasibility to change or choose the field to work in, towards which you have an inclination. Overall, this is a place where you not only have great opportunities and can build a great career but also, where you can build the best version of you.
