-Plug Off holidays: These are extra holidays, usually on Fridays and Mondays to provide an extended weekend. Sometimes you get a Friday and the next Monday as holiday. Usually 1-2 every month. -Just because there was a plug off, does not mean when you come back to work, you have to cope up for that days work. No, you come afresh, you start afresh. -Awesome team support: All the team members work as a family, there is minimal pressure and maximal support. -Great work life balance: Apart from the plug off holidays, there are no working hours. You don't need to work 9-5 everyday. You can work whatever time of the day you are comfortable at. Just get the work done. -Diversity: There are people from many countries in each team, so no matter when you decide to work, it's highly likely that someone else is working with you. This also feels great. -Extra perks: Free meals, cab reimbursement, various celebrations with cakes are all fun.
