      Pros

      Cloudera has some of the most intelligent and thoughtful people working in machine learning and analytics today. Every workday is a new learning experience. Smart people lead to happy customers too, and the roster of customer successes is impressive. We are disrupting three significant areas of the market that are driving value for large enterprises - machine learning, analytics, and cloud.

      - decent compensation - wfh on Wednesday - nice and talent people - you can learn new things everyday - free lunch and snacks

      Cons

      - Recently added 401K match but only 1% - It will be good to have more 401K investment options like adding brokerage account
