      Very incompetent low level management creates a toxic environment for employees, they have good work to be done but the good people won't hang around for long in an environment that fosters lone wolves instead of team work. Benefits can't compete with larger employers, the promise of profitability slides deeper and deeper into the future and so does your economic rewards if any. Instead of working on making the company more appealing the company patrols reviews in glassdoor trying to weed out negative reviews: may be that talent will be best used building some new feature into the products or providing better service to customers?
