There is nothing bad about this company. Things that can be improved are already planned. They have plans to expand the office in Palo Alto, 401K matching will be proposed after becoming IPO.

Going through some major growing pains. Moving from being tactical to strategic has been a difficult transition. Individual contributors are moved into management with no training. And to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity these managers default to blaming and micro-managing. It's demoralizing. I joined company expecting to learn and do a lot, but opportunities are limited and individual growth is stunted.
