Cloudera reviews

It is disheartening to see this type of review. We treat our employees with respect without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, age, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability or anything else that is not relevant to someone’s contributions as a Clouderan. We want employees to feel that Cloudera is the best professional experience they have had and we strive to provide that every day. To prevent issues such as those alleged by the author, we have multiple ways for employees to raise their issues, big or small, to ensure all issues get addressed including our 24 hour ethics hotline, a true open door policy, and through HR. This review does not reflect our survey responses across the company nor our typical Glass Door reviews. We always appreciate feedback, however, this is so much a departure from any data we see and know about that I question its accuracy.
