Pros

Clover is part of Fin tech giant Fiserv, though being a huge company, Clover enjoys the perks of a silicon valley startup. The work culture and perks are comparable to startup. Amazing teams spread across timezones globally. Lead by thought leaders who make sure everyones voice is heard. Talent will finds it place and does not go wasted in this company.

Cons

Salaries are comparable but not quiet competitive with others in the industry.
