Good health benefits. nice lunches, snacks, dinners. weekly happy-hour parties. Good engineers who are smart.

Cons

I left because there was no work-life balance. People are watched for when they show-up in the morning to when they leave, how many breaks they take, etc. If you have life/children/family outside work, this is not the place for you.

Low turnover rate. The CEO loves getting to know his staff and what they do outside of work. PLUS... It's so exciting to walk into a business and see the tangible product you've been working on! You quickly become a Clover advocate when you see merchants with *other* devices and start to brag when you find out our devices are being used at high-profile locations, stadiums, arenas, events. BONUS: Fully stocked kitchen, free lunches & dinner, and happy hours every other week! Birthdays, team building outings..etc.
