The people, whether they are from senior leadership or coworkers, want to see you succeed. A lot of opportunity to grow in every part of the company. Exciting times to be working at Club Automation!

Cons

Open floor plan can be a little noisy right after lunch but noise-canceling headphones solve the issue.

Pros

Coworkers are all great. Willing to help each other out within and across teams. A bit more relaxed environment, but everyone is very ambitious and driven to work hard still. Management are all supportive, advocating for a work life balance while still pushing for excellence in the workplace. free lunch on Friday is nice too.

Cons

Training takes two months, and you need to be willing to travel frequently as a software trainer.

Pros

Great philosophy of management and a true team environment. Very supportive for training with a spirit of fun and diligence. Strong growth and always busy with new projects. Management truly listens to feedback and show in practice they value their employees. Focus is given from managers for best customer experience but also for a healthy work/life balance, which is rare and appreciated. Flexibility to work from home occasionally exists, which I like.

Cons

Is a smaller firm that is growing rapidly, so there are some tough elements that need to be tackled as the company gets larger. Mostly a good thing as more clients are onboarded and a challenge for best practice solutions to balance the load and keep to targeted completion timelines.
