Incredible culture of support and growth. CA is a place that wants to promote and will support you to get where you want to be

Cons

Salaries are on the low end. CA Is a great place to get experience and build your resume but not a landing point. Benefits are great though! You get most holidays off, $100 fitness reimbursement, $75 reimbursement toward phone/internet, and unlimited PTO (which is encouraged to take)

Club Automation really cares about their employees. Management is transparent and really encourages you to explore your career path and explore different areas within the company. Additionally, the remote work is amazing but they still maintain a connected workforce.
