Great Company! Very detailed onboarding, still a lot to learn

Onboarding is very thorough. Everyone I have spent time with has been friendly and willing to help. My onboarding experience has been the best I have experienced in any job I have held. I cannot speak to further details about my role yet, but so far I have been impressed

Cons

While the onboarding is thorough I think it could have been condensed a little bit as there was a lot of open time and a lot of time to watch videos that followed a team member led training. Also, some of the trainings were recorded, I think some items could have been combined. I think that every week I have been with the company there has been a division or company wide meeting. After a while it feels repetitive.

Cons

With a lot of growth comes a lot of change. Things are constantly moving and you have to be agile and receptive.

Pros

CA offers a level of generosity and flexibility to their employees that is difficult to find. The people at Club Automation are incredibly bright, fun to be around, and kind to their coworkers and customers.

Cons

In some ways, the company is still developing various internal processes and standards, and on occasion, this can result in some confusion and misunderstanding among team members
